Česká Spořitelna Account Number Descrambler

Someone asked me to descramble internal account numbers from Česká Spořitelna. When you export your account moves in George, you get a standard czech format - ABO. Everyone is sensible and returns the receiving account number in standard czech format, that is except Česká Spořitelna, which uses their own internal account numbers. These are just scambled normal account numbers. Why? Because fuck you.
